Role Summary/Purpose:	The Planner/Scheduler is responsible for the optimal utilization of Onne workshop resources.In this role he/she will act as the "right hand" of the Facility and operations Manager preparing contract schedules according to customers’ requirements and developing planning & scheduling tools, processes and reports to maximize critical path visibility to the execution team.
Essential Responsibilities:	- Work closely with the Customer planners, who deliver and maintain a high level Workshop Activity Plan - Work closely with Shop Supervisor and contract owners to optimize shop floor utilization - Interface with other various functions/Supervisors within the business to create workshop schedules on Sub-Activity levels - Relate with the Customer Project Services during yearly Customer Business Plan exercise to forecast Onne workshop and offshore resources requirements - Report on progress of execution and latest estimated finish dates for major work orders to Customer's Base Coordinator, Planners and Activity Owners - Responsible for quality of delivery, schedule, and planning
Qualifications/Requirements:	- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Technology, or Quantity Surveying - At least 8 years of project management experience in the Oil & Gas industry - Subsea experience is essential for this role - A strong technical and analytical skills - Excellent communication skills including ability to communicate effectively with management, project team members, Client, sub-contractors and all stakeholders - Proficiency with planning tools Primavera P6 ,MS Project and database tools (MS Access, Excel).
