Job Summary

• The Mechanical Technician assumes a high level of responsibility early, supporting our field teams in their delivery of client services. Successful Mechanical Technicians are fast learners and self-motivated, independent workers. They have the ability to work under pressure and the willingness to work in varying conditions.
• Mechanical Technicians receive intensive training in troubleshooting, technical procedures, and safety.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsibilities include maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all mechanical and hydraulic- and diesel-powered equipment. Skill-level requirements vary from basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to component replacement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a diploma, certification, or associate's degree in diesel or hydraulics technology or equivalent formal military technical training.
