Etisalat Nigeria is recruiting to fill the below position of:

Job Title: Analyst Treasury Operations
Location: Lagos, NG

Job Summary

• Ensure that all transactions on Etisalat Nigeria bank statements are accurately and promptly captured on ERP.
• Ensure that all bank instructions are properly executed by Etisalat Nigeria signatories within agreed timelines.

Principal Functions

• Ensure all collection reports are prepared timely.
• Confirm lodgements made manually into Etisalat Nigeria account.
• Capture postpaid subscriber payments on the billing platform.
• Receipt and return of all payment packs from the Accounts Payable unit.
• Posting of vendor invoices on ERP before they are processed for payment.
• Ensure payments instructions are duly executed by Etisalat Nigeria signatories.
• Filing of all bank instructions and journal vouchers.
• Follow up with banks and/or user group on all payment and collection queries.
• Resolve all outstanding reconciling items.
• Process all bank guarantees received from vendors and dealers.
• Carry out other activities as assigned by Manager, Treasury Operations. 

Educational Requirements

• Possess a University degree in a numerate/financial discipline (Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Business Studies or similar fields). 

Experience,Skills & Competencies

• Complete ease with Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Have at least one (1) year post NYSC relevant work experience.
