Purpose
As a Technical Sales Support Engineer, You will be resonsible for -
- Support the team to Prepare technical equitable proposals with cost-effective principles for different products and services.
- Support consultants, contractors and end users for technical clarifications about ABB products.
- Support sales during technical meeting with the customer.
- Actively analyze and compare the similar products of competitors in local market and give advices to sales team.
- Support company initiatives and champion product competency development.
- Conduct quality assurance on ABB Panel builders for local market.
- Addressing customer’s needs and translate them to the closest ABB suitable product mix with alternatives if possible.
- Developing & implementing a training plan and presentations for the channel partners and the sales force.
- Qualifying & approving the authorized panel builders and ABB products to be included at the vendor list of the consultants.
- Preparation and distribution of LP prescription files.
- If needed, support the authorized PBs with the optimum design.
- Driving the products & solutions awareness at the targeted markets / customers.
- To act as a link between the feeders factories and the customer to resolve any technical requests.
- Support the LP R&D teams with new ideas, gaps.
- Comprehend and follow the ABB procedures, instructions and guidelines.
- Understanding LP strategic direction and articulate it in a clear manner to different levels of Customers.
Qualification
Your Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or Electronics with 1 to 3 years of experience will be an ideal fit.
Knowledge of Low Voltage Products is required.
Fluency in in both spoken & written English is a must & Additional Knowledge of French will be an advantage.
